Coromandel Before

This client came to us with a problem.  he had recently renovated his home, but some of the joinery was very much the wrong colour.

Removal was going to be costly and difficult due to the plaster cladding.  Painting was a very wise option... within 7 days we had transformed the home into a finished product!

This photo shows the freshly painted joinery as seen above.  As part of this process we remove all weather strips, hinges, handles, etc.  All sashes and doors are removed to ensure the paint finish is complete.  New rubbers, weather strips, wedges, screws etc are replaced to ensure the joinery will perform as good as new joinery.  

In some cases we will also replace handles, latches, hinges, rollers and so on to ensure correct performance.  This is usually only required in joinery over 20 years.  

   

All nearby surfaces were masked off, all doors, and sashes removed.  the interior of the house is completely masked off from the area worked on to ensure no spray paint gets into, on, and around the interior of the home, or other furniture in enclosed areas. This takes a little longer, but the peace of mind for you is well worth the effort.
